How long does it take to create a Wedding Song 4 U song?

The process will involve getting all of your thoughts and feelings expressed to us so that we can put it into lyric format. We have to research the artists and songs you most enjoy so that we can give you something similar. Then there is the actual creative process of being inspired to compose the perfect wedding song with all of the elements interwoven. We are going to have many other people’s songs in process at the same time, so we ask for a full months lead time to delivery your song by a desired date.

What if we can’t write down our true feelings very easily?

Rebeca is a Whole Brain Function practioner and is very highly versed in Jungian Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is excellent at guiding you through to your core and profound feelings. She makes it fun and easy to access your feelings. Every song we do gives you the opportunity to spend one hour with Rebeca getting in touch with your thoughts and feelings and getting them down on paper. It’s easier than you think and can be a rewarding experience in its own right.

What if we want the song that you create performed at our ceremony?

There are really two parts to this answer. If you look on our Packages page, you can see that for a moderate appearance fee, Rebeca and David can perform your song at your ceremony, for your first dance or both. This is subject to availability and we recommend getting reservations for personal appearances in early to guarantee your date. If you would like another musical group to perform the song, vocalist or even brass choir or string quartet, you can purchase a lead sheet of the song for the purposes of your hired musicians learning your special song.

Who owns the song and what can we do with it?

The copyright ownership of the song remains with Rebeca and David Randle Music, however, you have all non-commercial rights to the use of the song. This includes but is not limited to, live performance at your ceremony, playing the CD at your ceremony or during the reception, using the song as a soundtrack for a DVD slideshow of your wedding photographs or as the backing audio for any video shot at your wedding, giving the song on CD as a wedding favor to all your guests or as a thank you gift, or even incorporating into a wedding invitation package. Use your personal creativity and the song is yours to use how you wish short of offering copies for sale.

Do you have an affiliate program if we refer friends to you?

The answer to that question is both yes and no at the moment. We do not have a software generated, link identifying system in place to issue commissions for referrals. However, we are the most excited by recommendations and word of mouth referrals because it means we made someone really happy and they are telling their friends. Until we automate the affiliate program through our site, please call us and let us know who you are bringing to Wedding Song 4 U and, at the completion of their process, we will send you a handsome referral thank you.

Can you help us with custom vows as well?

Rebeca is so good at creative expressions of personal feelings and being truly in touch with those feelings, that if you should get stuck writing out your vows, Rebeca will be available to assist you for a nominal hourly fee.
